Okay… I think this video will help a lot of you, as I get asked about these two things all the time. I’m going to quickly create a great-looking ecover, and a great-looking squeeze page using two tools: Ecover Creator 3D, and the Profits Theme.
Here’s the video:
You can get Ecover Creator here…
You can get the Profits Theme here…
(these are affiliate links, and if you purchase through these- I’m more then happy to help you get started using them)
I hope you enjoyed the video… I know I ramble in these- I’m thinking about what I’m doing onscreen while trying to talk.
Anyways- I’ve got a lot more how-to videos I’m going to be posting in the near future, so you can stay up to date on those by “liking” Strayblogger on Facebook.
And as always, leave a comment or question below, and don’t forget to like this on Facebook so that your network can see it.
Thanks!

August 8, 2011Thanks for that great info Nate on how to create ebook covers and placing them into your squeeze page. I have often wondered how people actually go about that and the way you show it it doesn’t seem that hard, when you use the profit’s theme that is. My biggest software purchase so far is Market Samurai being $97 but I am keen to get hold of the Profit’s Theme. It seems quite handy to have. BTW I tried Atahualpa on my site and it looked good but I had problems with the compatibility with the latest wordpress version 3.2 and I could not get adsense on it. I went to their forum and tried the bugfixes for that particular problem and my files got corrupted. I must have stuffed up something, ha ha I’m not the most tech savvy person on the planet…Grant

Yeah that’s the thing about free themes, there is a lot of figuring things out on your own. Another cool feature of Profits Theme is each post or page has options to just insert adcode in certain spots that you choose, to insert Adsense code for example.

Can’t even begin to say how valuable your videos/tutorials are. I think I honestly can say I’m getting closer and closer to success with every one I watch.

August 10, 2011Jay,
I appreciate it. A few weeks ago I decided that I wanted to put together tutorials together for free on what I’ve been doing that’s working for me. Mainly that’s been sites where I sell my own products, so I’m going to be making some tutorials about how to do that soon.

August 11, 2011Thanks for the great video tutorial. I’ve been just using photoshop for my ecovers, but ecover creator looks like a great time saver

August 11, 2011John,
I used to do the same thing, but I got sick of spending hours on one. Ecover Creator is well worth the time saved.
Thanks for reading.
