PPP 002: Hand’s-Free Niche Sites, Automating Your Business, Funding Your Growth…And a Lot More Tips

I couldn’t figure out what to call this episode, because there’s so much useful information in it. This interview is with Trent Dyrsmid of OnlineIncomeLab.com, and he brings a very different (and valuable) mindset to internet marketing.

Make sure you listen to the whole episode.

You can check out Trent’s special offer for my readers/listeners here…

  • I see this one is #2. Did I miss #1? Also, you putting this on iTunes soon? Or did I miss that, too? ;-)

  • Oops…ignore that. I asked last time and you said yes. Sorry, bro! :)

    • Nate

No problem- but yeah it is on iTunes now, just search “strayblogger”. Episode one is here on the blog too.

    Nate and Trent,

Great interview! It REALLY inspires me to keep moving forward in this business. Especially after Trent talks about how he so effectively automates it all.

I never even thought about selling the sites that don’t live up to my expectations to fund more sites. My wife will LOVE that idea! Haha!

Love hearing you guys! Thanks for the time and effort!!!

    • Nate

Thanks David- Yeah Trent and I have done things completely differently so far in our businesses- it’s just proof a lot of different things can work.

  • Hey Nate,

Thanks for having me on the show; it was a blast :)

    • Nate

No problem Trent- I learned a lot.

Hi Nate – Trent as always was very interesting. He’s a bit high-powered for folks like me, but it’s good to hear from people who are basically ready for this business when they enter it.

Re his thoughts on first place on google, I have found that when I’m looking for something there I don’t often click on number 1 but tend to go down a few places and land on a description rather than number and find what I want. I always check a few of them out first, although I don’t usually leave page 1.

If you can get someone to talk about keyword search that would be great. I’m in the midst of researching some keywords right now to start a BTF style site and it’s really mindboggling! Regards, Mary Chicoine

    • Nate

Mary- Keyword research gets a lot of people when they’re starting out- it definitely did me.

Thanks to both you and Trent for the interview

Cant wait to get started. Look forward to following your further posts and interviews. Stan

    • Nate

      Thanks Stan!

  • Been following your blog for a while Nate and I got your course from the Warrior Forum. I’ve found some great stuff in your freebies too, which I appreciate.

It’s great to see young guys like you two who are a bit like me, but a couple of years ahead in terms of progress.

Please keep up the no BS approach Nate, that’s what people come here for and it makes a big difference.

    Matt

PS. Out of curiosity, did you get any troubles with the G update this month? Just wondering..

    • Nate

Whats up Matt- Thanks for reading.

As far as the G update- I didn’t really have any dips in traffic luckily.

  • Thanks for that Nate, I’ve been away from the IM scene for a couple of months now but soon making a comeback. It’s unreal how many things you can forget. Even the basic things I have had trouble with but it’s great to hear what you and Trent have to say because it jogs the ol memory.
Love your site Nate, keep up the good work…Grant

    • Nate

      Thanks Grant- Glad you’re back
